Stephen brings over 25 years of global experience in IT, telecom, strategy and operations consulting, and serial entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record of success in leading multi-million dollar international IT implementations, systems integration, risk management, supply chain management, software development, procurement/sourcing, PMOs, and high-stakes negotiations. Notable clients include Qwest, Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, Deutsche Bank, Capital One, JP Morgan Chase, The Carlyle Group, and Hawaiian Telecom. Stephen's experience has led him to design, source, negotiate and implement over $2 Billion in client IT transport services and Enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, CRM) and has enabled him to deliver multi-million dollar savings through innovation, contract negotiations and cost control measures. It was the integration of this broad range of experience and expertise, as well as the passion for enabling business efficiency, effectiveness, and growth that brought about the inception of OneBOSS.io.
Stephen is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he studied Electrical Engineering and Vocal Performance. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Stephen has experience in leading large-scale, global consulting and client engagement teams. He has a deep understanding of project management best practices and has a background in the complete project life cycle, from requirements definition to world-class implementation and budget management. Stephen's technical expertise is reflected in his extensive knowledge of the design of network protocols and experience in Telecommunications services.
Prior to co-founding OneBOSS.io, Stephen served as Founder & Managing Partner of TeleFlex Networks, LLC, and completed a successful career with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, accelerating to the partner track before pivoting to start and lead his own enterprises. While at Deloitte, Stephen had the unique opportunity to aid in designing the first-of-its-kind roaming wireless network for the World Trade Center recovery after 9/11 and to lead the design and implementation of the first IP-based global banking network.
Stephen lives in Houston, TX, with his wife and three children, and enjoys musical theater and stays busy with the many youth sports, Scouts, and school events that occupy his calendar almost daily.

Ethan is an organizational and operational expert with over 25 years of experience leading groups to exceptional success. After beginning his career as a high school humanities teacher and helping to launch a major education policy and advocacy nonprofit, Ethan pivoted through his graduate studies at Harvard and Vanderbilt into a career focusing on strategy, organizational development, and human capital management. In just over three years after earning master's degrees in organizational development and business administration, he created leadership development and talent management programs for two PE-backed corporate healthcare organizations, advancing rapidly to the executive leadership ranks before departing to launch a strategy and operations consultancy in 2013.
After 6 years of leading his growing consulting firm where he performed numerous interim executive roles with a client base that included Fortune 100 companies, top national law firms, and major research universities, Ethan seized the opportunity to join SERVPRO, a Blackstone Portfolio company and the leader in disaster cleanup and restoration. While at SERVPRO, Ethan led several major transformation initiatives focused on optimal franchise staffing and talent management, enhanced and standardized learning and development programming, and a first-ever partnership with the Department of Labor & Workforce Development to create formal and structured pipelines for opportunity talent into meaningful, long-term careers across the 2,000+ franchise locations, as well as founding a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion program for headquarters employees that was the first in the company’s history. The projects Ethan led in under four years helped to foster a culture of career development, opportunity, and access, and flooded the franchises with enough talent to grow system capacity by over $200M within just the first year.
During his time at SERVPRO headquarters, Ethan developed a passion for serving the franchise leaders and teammates who are, in turn, passionate about serving their communities. That’s what led him to partner in the launch of OneBOSS: to address the needs and pain-points of customer-facing heroes so they can become even more effective in delivering their value every day.
Like Stephen, Ethan is a successful serial entrepreneur with operating experience in education, construction, restoration, consulting, healthcare, IT/telecom, and hospitality industries. He is an Eagle Scout, a twice-published author, and he holds a bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Carleton College, he was the Class Marshall of his master's program at Harvard University, and is a Beta Gamma Sigma honors graduate from the MBA program at Vanderbilt University.
Ethan lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife and three children. Whenever possible, you can find them enjoying bike rides, visits to local parks, sporting events, Scouts, weekend adventures, and the incredible arts and food scenes around Music City.

Having spent over half his life in the industry, Kyle is a field-tested, ground-up technical and customer solutions expert who leads the team that ensures white-glove customer service and delivers our bespoke customer experience.
At the beginning of his career, during four years as a Field Technician with Canopy Networks, Kyle earned responsibility for commercial and residential installations and began exploring his passion for troubleshooting and maintenance to optimize customers’ system performance. This led to an opportunity to focus on Tier 1 Customer Support at Zebec Data Systems, expanding Kyle’s responsibilities to cover desktop support, end user email support, network configurations, and server maintenance before earning a new role at Synergy Networks as a network engineer and Tier 2 customer support lead.
With his domain expertise expanded to include complex hardware, software, network, and application incident resolution, Kyle moved on to TeleFlex Networks where he first spent three years providing second-level technical support and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Tier 3 support, network engineers, and system administrators, monitoring and maintaining enterprise client networks. Beyond demonstrating his mastery of documenting network configurations, Kyle also led the broader TeleFlex team’s response to all network alerts and escalations.
Kyle then spent another three years managing operations for TeleFlex Networks, delivering Tier 3 Customer Support, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Network and VoIP Engineering, and even developing and delivering end-user training. He is now bringing the full breadth and depth of his expertise to the OneBOSS customer base. As he oversees day-to-day customer service operations – including service delivery, incident monitoring, problem resolution, change management, and customer satisfaction – Kyle will continue to develop and maintain strong relationships with the organizations we serve.
Texas born and raised, Kyle lives in the Houston area. He enjoys spending his time away from work volunteering with “Volunteers for Animal Protection”, spending time with his family and friends, and even staying dialed-in to the latest in gaming technology.
